IVIAPRO Jewelry’s Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 72 Hours.
All orders, except some the wholesale order, are prepared within 72h after the order confirmation date.
Orders are processed and sent out weekdays / Monday - Friday.
Delivery may be delayed if we encounter factors such as bad weather, traffic restrictions and so on. You will have access to all tracking information once your order is sent out from our shop. If your order hasn't been delivered in a reasonable amount of time or you spot any transportation issues please get in touch with us for assistance.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number after the order has been processed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
IVIAPRO Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. IVIAPRO JEWELRY is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
IVIAPRO Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any IVIAPRO jewelry, earrings, sale items or gift cards.
We also can’t accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customized these pieces especially for you.
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your IVIAPRO Jewelry.
Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that we can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
IVIAPRO Jewelry’s Refund Policy
Our return policy EXCLUDES earrings, custom orders, and items broken or damaged after receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
